This document is incorporated into the Conditions of Use Policy.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the Account Holder in the original Payment Method in which it was paid.
If you used, Ebay, Etsy or Mercari to purchase your item, that platform will handle approved refunds for that Payment Method. In most situations, all items can be refunded after cancellation of your order provided that order hasn't been shipped, even if partially.

These items are not refundable or have special circumstances.
1. BDBO Enrollment fees are non refundable once finalized by BadDay Bailout™ Administrators.
2. UPrint3D™ Enrollment Fees are not refundable but are reimbursed to the Account Holder after four (4) successful deliveries.
3. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
4. Custom Fees* are not refundable
5. Gift Certificate are not refundable once redeemed for any amount.

Payment options provided by BreakDown Beacon® include:

1. Electronic Funds Transfer i.e PayPal, CashAPP, Venmo, Zelle.
2. Direct Deposit.
3. Check (Personal or Bank Draft)
4. Certified Cashiers Check or Certified Money Order

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that:

• Any Credit Card or EFT information you provide is true, correct and complete.
• Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or EFT provider.
• You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

If you have chosen to pay for your order by Check, Cashier's Check, or Certified Money Order, your order will be delayed until your payment is processed and accepted.

BDBO when a claim is approved, a few different payout methods become available to the Enrolled.

1. Insurance Company. on your behalf, for the purposes of paying your Deductible.Balance returns to you.
2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to supported platforms i.e PayPal, CashAPP, Venmo, Zelle
3. Direct Deposit to verified Enrolled bank account.
4. Creditor (Credit Card account).
5. Certified Cashiers Check / Money Order (payable to Enrollees) by Snail Mail.
6. Western Union.
7. Conveyance mechanic and/or person of your choice.

• One Gift Certificate use per code per Account.
• Upon request remaining balance on a Gift Certificate can be credited to the Account Holders Payment Method which was used for the purchase.
• To refund the remaining balance Gift Certificate that has been gifted you must have a Payment Method which you would like it to be credited to.

Discount Coupons / Earn For Effort codes are provided to the public, when provided, on a voluntary basis by BreakDown Beacon® and reserves the right to invalidate any Code submitted.

1. Earn For Effort are valid for one (1) year from issuance.
2. one Earn For Effort code per person per company, per order.
3. Earn For Effort earns 5% discount off order before taxes and shipping or extra charges.
4. Earn For Effort earns 5% cash credit for you. $600 earning limit.

Earn For Effort placed in an Order Comments box or shipping box will be applied to your order after verification of the Earn For Effort through our system.
